The Position
Social media is a crucial component of Munters growth strategy, aimed at strengthening the brand across customers, employees, and financial markets. With digitalization, AI, and sustainability at the core of its strategy, Munters is looking for a Social Media Manager to its team to enhance digital engagement and drive the brand forward. You will be responsible for enhancing our digital presence in Social as we are on a growth journey for our channels and reaching our target audience. You will play a crucial role in proving the impact of digital marketing to set up a long term paid media strategy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Munters’ social media strategy.
- Set goals and KPIs for channels and content and goals with the rest of the team.
- Plan and schedule content in line with the global communications strategy and editorial calendar.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure social content integrates with communications and brand messaging and goals
- Continuously optimize content for audience, platform, and channel based on insights.
- Engage with communities, responding to comments and messages to maintain brand consistency and gather insights for content improvement.
- Train organization in good SoMe practice.
- Copy writing, AB-testing and content adjustments to fit the different platforms. Experience in image editing programs.
Background and experience
- Few years of experience in communications, within an international, matrixed organization.
- Proficiency in the big five social media platforms as well as merging platforms community engagement, and audience development.
- Ability to collaborate with content, video, and digital teams.
- Strong analytical skills to track performance and drive data-based decisions.
- Experience in managing influencer relationships.
- Experience in developing social media content in global B2B environments.
- Experience in driving paid campaigns.
