Curity is a Swedish software company that helps organizations secure access to their digital services. Our identity and API security platform is used by companies that need to protect logins, APIs and data across apps, websites and machinetomachine communication. From our headquarters in Stockholm, we work with customers in several industries and markets, and we are now strengthening our commercial organization as part of a broader growth journey.

We are now looking for a Team Lead Customer Enablement who will play a central role in how we work with our existing customers and how we grow with them over time.

About the role

In this role you take ownership of a international Customer Enablement team and at the same time stay close to day-to-day customer work yourself. You become part of the commercial organization and work along the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding and adoption to renewals and expansion.

Your focus is to make sure customers get value from Curity in production, feel well supported and choose to deepen the relationship with us. You build trust-based, long-term partnerships, follow customers as they develop new use cases and help them navigate how Curity can support those needs. Together with colleagues in technical and commercial roles, you prepare and run customer meetings, structure follow-up and turn insights into concrete actions.

A key element of the role is to refine and further develop how we work with our growing customer base. You contribute to clear ways of working, simple frameworks and practical tools for the team, so that Customer Enablement can scale together with the rest of the company. Over time, you become an important voice in shaping what “good” looks like in this part of our customer journey.

Who are we looking for?

We believe you enjoy combining a customer-facing role with a clear commercial mindset and everyday leadership responsibility. You have experience from B2B environments, ideally with technically advanced or software-driven products, and you are comfortable talking to both business and technical stakeholders.

You are used to working with subscription or SaaS-like models where renewals, usage, and expansion within existing accounts are key. You take a genuine interest in understanding how customers actually use the product, what they aim to build next, and where there is potential to create additional value. You have a strong technical curiosity and a keen interest in AI, particularly in how it can be leveraged to streamline processes and improve ways of working. At the same time, you take a thoughtful, needs-based approach to sales and do not overpromise.

As a leader you are hands-on and present, with a humble and straightforward style. You prefer short decision paths, clear expectations and a collaborative way of working where you support your team and are willing to step in where needed. You appreciate structure and quality, but also understand that we are in a phase of development where not everything is set in stone.

Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, are important in this role, as you will work with customers and colleagues across different countries.
