What you’ll do

As Sales Manager at Bauer Media Outdoor, you will lead and inspire a team of experienced sales professionals to drive business results and customer value. You will have a key role in developing both revenue and profitability, ensuring our offerings remain at the forefront for advertisers and media agencies.

You will take ownership of strategic planning, execution, and follow-up of the team’s work, while coaching and supporting your team through regular 1:1s, feedback sessions, and development plans. You will work closely with other sales leaders, marketing, and product teams to align our go-to-market strategy with business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving revenue and profitability across a defined customer portfolio.
  • Leading day-to-day operations and prioritizing team efforts to meet targets.
  • Coaching, supporting, and developing team members.
  • Participating actively in the sales department’s leadership forums.
  • Leading goal-setting, forecasting, and budgeting within your group.
  • Representing Bauer Media Outdoor in customer meetings and industry networks.
  • Ensuring alignment with company culture and leadership principles.

Who we are looking for

We believe you are a natural leader with a deep understanding of the media landscape, and a strong drive to develop both people and business. You have a strategic mindset, but enjoy being close to daily sales operations. You are a confident communicator, comfortable in customer-facing roles, and you thrive in collaboration across departments and functions.

To succeed in this role, you likely have:

  • Solid experience from the media industry, ideally with background from both media agencies and advertisers
  • A wide network at decision-making level within agencies and client organizations
  • Proven track record in consultative media sales
  • Deep understanding of agency business models and needs
  • Passion for leadership, team development and sales coaching
  • Strong marketing and business acumen
  • Fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English
  • Previous leadership experience is meritorious
