Autocirc, Pricing Analyst

Autocirc is a fast-growing industry leader in the automotive spare parts market, providing high-quality, reused original car parts. By creating a fully integrated ecosystem for the reuse and recycling of auto parts, Autocirc delivers exceptional value to insurance companies, workshops, and end customers—while at the same time contributing to significant climate savings. Repairs that reuse parts can reduce carbon emissions by up to 80% compared to using new parts.

Autocirc’s business model is built on circularity and scalability. Through a vertically integrated platform that spans the entire value chain—from vehicle dismantling and logistics to inventory management, sales, and recycling—Autocirc ensures that every part is either reused or repurposed, creating a truly closed-loop system. The company dismantles over 1,2 million parts from tens of thousands of vehicles annually and combines industrialized processes with digital tools and data-driven insights to optimize inventory flow and drive commercial performance.

Strategic acquisitions across Europe, including recent market entries in France and Portugal, have positioned Autocirc as a clear frontrunner in the sustainable transformation of the automotive aftermarket. With more than 66 companies and 1,200 employees operating across seven European countries, Autocirc leverages strong synergies and local expertise to scale its impact. The company’s operations are backed by the growth capital and industrial know-how of Nordic Capital.

As part of its ongoing European expansion, Autocirc is now establishing a new office in Stockholm, strengthening its presence in the Nordic region and enabling closer collaboration with key talent, partners, and stakeholders across Europe.

We are in an exciting growth phase, expanding fast across Europe and aiming to build the leading company in circular automotive solutions. This creates great opportunities for those who want to be part of something big and help shape an international success story.

As part of this journey, we are also establishing a new office in Stockholm to strengthen our Nordic presence and enable closer collaboration with key talent, partners, and stakeholders across Europe.

Joining Autocirc now means becoming part of a fast-growing company where we work hands-on to grow the business and expand internationally. You will play a key role in helping us grow further, across more countries and customers.

You will also get the chance to develop your skills and grow your career as we expand, in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment where learning is constant and new opportunities keep opening up.

We are now looking for a strategic and driven individual to join us on this journey as Pricing Analyst.

The position

As Autocirc continues its rapid growth and commercial transformation across Europe, we are now looking for a Pricing Analyst to support the development, analysis and implementation of data-driven pricing strategies that drive profitability, competitiveness, and long-term customer value.

You will be part of a newly formed, focused pricing function within the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) team. Together with the Head of Pricing, you will help lay the foundation for how Autocirc works with pricing across products, markets, and channels. You will play a central role in building the analytical tools, processes, and insights needed to support commercial decisions throughout the business. Your core mission is to generate insights, build pricing models, and deliver the data and recommendations that enable informed, value-based pricing decisions.

The position is based at Autocirc’s newly established Stockholm office and reports to the Head of Pricing. It offers the opportunity to shape pricing practices in a company that combines strong growth ambitions with meaningful sustainability impact.

This is a great opportunity for a commercially curious and analytically driven professional who enjoys solving complex problems with data. You thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and want your work to make a real difference—both to the business and the planet.
