About the role

As the Head of Sites, you will have the overall responsibility for the operations at our terminals and HUBs. By diving deep into data, identifying challenges, and implementing solutions, you will drive cost efficiency and operational excellence—from tech innovations to process optimizations. You will lead a high-performing Terminal team and ensure effective cooperation between terminals, ensuring all work toward common goals aligned with Airmee’s values and internal processes.

 Your responsibilities:

●      Monitor and act on KPIs and metrics daily to ensure operational excellence.

●      Lead and support Site Managers in optimizing team performance at all terminals.

●      Develop and implement SOPs to standardize best practices and drive continuous improvements.

●      Lead projects to optimize network performance, including process design, workflow improvements, and the transition from subcontractor-run terminals to Airmee-controlled operations.

●      Identify and resolve bottlenecks, while ensuring long-term capacity planning.

●      Create a safe and positive working environment for employees and subcontractors.

●      Ensure full compliance with work environment regulations, collective agreements and actively participate in union negotiations.

●      Be responsible for the budget of all terminals and act as the main contact for all terminal-related partnerships.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who enjoys working both strategically and hands-on, with the ability to engage and lead others toward ambitious goals. You are data-driven and solution-oriented, always seeking new ways to improve processes and increase efficiency. Highly independent and proactive, you take initiative to drive projects forward. With strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, you can navigate diverse environments effectively.

Requirements:

●      University degree in economics, management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

●      Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience, a plus if it is in a fast-growing organization or start-up.

●      Experience with collective agreements and union negotiations.

●      Fluency in Swedish and English.

●      Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI is a plus.
