About the role

You will work closely with Business Unit Managers, Product Management, and local finance teams to ensure that financial forecasts and analysis provide a solid foundation for strategic and operational decisions. Beyond numbers and reports, your mission is to translate insights into action and help turn opportunities into results. By combining strong analytical capabilities with an understanding of product costing, you will support the management in improving profitability insight, optimizing processes, and making informed trade-offs.
You will be part of the Group’s global finance team and collaborate closely with both local finance teams and top management. The position is based at Scanreco’s head office in Stockholm and reports to the CFO. The position involves travelling to the Group entities.
Responsibilities and tasks
• Provide insight to Business unit managers and Product Management to support alignment with Group strategies, objectives and processes
• Lead and mentor the Group Finance team within business control
• Own and develop the Group’s FP&A process, both short- and long-term
• Serve as application owner of the planning tool Planacy as well as the tool Astrada used for costing and profitability insight
• Deliver high-quality financial forecasts and management insights to support business and strategic decision-making
• Support development of the Group’s financial control-model and BI-platform to improve operations and business insight
• Perform in-depth financial analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and profitability improvements
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve data accuracy and generate actionable insights

With a collaborative and proactive approach, you build strong relationships across the business and take initiative to support and drive change where it matters most. By staying curious, listening actively, and understanding the operational context, you help turn numbers into actions. In a dynamic environment, you remain calm, focused and capable of prioritizing effectively.

- 5–10 years of experience in business control, preferably within an international manufacturing or industrial company
- Proven ability to lead FP&A processes and work closely with business stakeholders to support strategic goals
