About the Role
As GRC Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the Group’s GRC system, One Trust, which is a core component of Securitas’ risk and compliance framework. The system’s foundations have already been established, and your mission will be to lead its continued development, ensuring it evolves into a fully integrated platform for Group-wide risk- and compliance management.
You will lead stakeholder coordination, chair the OneTrust Governance Committee, and serve as the central point of contact for system users. A key part of your role will be driving the integration of risk and compliance processes into the system and ensuring that it effectively supports the Group’s governance structure and that the risks and processes align with, and support the overall business strategy.
This is a central position at the intersection of governance and technology, combining strategic direction with operational execution. By enabling smarter, data-driven risk and compliance management, your work will directly support confident decision-making and safeguard long-term business performance. The role is based at Securitas Group HQ in Stockholm and reports to the Group Risk Manager. Occasional international travel may be required.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drive implementation and development of the OneTrust GRC system across the Group
- Lead and coordinate the OneTrust Governance Committee and system stakeholders
- Manage roll-out plans for new processes and follow up on implementation
- Translate business needs into GRC system solutions that enhance transparency, efficiency, and decision-making across the organization
- Configure system modules and ensure reporting and dashboard functionality
- Manage system updates and releases from the vendor
- Oversee system training and internal communication
- Support the creation of system manuals and provide user support
- Contribute to general risk and compliance tasks as needed
Your Profile
To thrive in this role, you are a team player with excellent communication and coordination skills. You are structured and proactive, and comfortable leading initiatives involving multiple stakeholders across different countries and functions.
You have a strong interest in digital process support, enjoy working with systems and know how to turn governance principles into operational reality.
We believe you bring:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Risk management, Compliance/Governance and /or Internal control in a large, international organization or consultancy setting.
- A relevant university degree (e.g., Finance, Business Administration, Law or Information Systems)
- Experience in implementing or managing GRC systems or similar complex platforms
- Experience in managing cross-functional projects
- Technical understanding and interest, a degree in Information Systems and knowledge in Power BI knowledge is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written
