About Evira
Evira is a Swedish start-up developing solutions for behaviour-related diseases, with customers in Sweden and the UK, also w. e currently have active clinical study sites in four countries. Our core products include a communication, recommendation, and admin tool for paediatric obesity treatment, which is also used as a SaaS for private weight loss providers. Paediatric centres using Evira can treat twice as many patients, with twice as good average results.
We are currently a team of 11 people with diverse backgrounds in healthcare and engineering. We strive to deliver products we are proud of and continuously invest in creating high-quality products and performing clinical evaluations.
About the Role
As Commercial Lead, you will take full ownership of driving revenue growth and shaping the commercial strategy for Evira’s B2B segment. At the core of Evira’s business is our unique offering, which combines innovative SaaS solutions with a customized white-label product, accompanied by proprietary licenses. With P&L responsibility, your focus will be on building this business area from the ground up, developing a scalable, high-impact sales engine targeting private healthcare providers and clinics.
With a solid background in complex sales and a strong technical understanding, you will play a key role in evolving Evira’s B2B offering, ensuring the combined value of our physical product and SaaS licenses resonates strongly with customers. You will create tangible value for clients while unlocking long-term growth, both in Sweden and internationally. This role is central to establishing the foundations for scalable sales processes, impactful partnerships, and lasting client relationships
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Lead the entire sales journey—from identifying and engaging with strategic clients to building long-term, value-driven partnerships
- Shape and package the offering to meet customer needs and business goals, including pricing and positioning
- Partner cross-functionally with the development team to optimize positioning and accelerate adoption
- Drive and execute strategic business development initiatives that significantly impact growth
- Build and execute an international go-to-market strategy
- Accelerate growth through both direct sales and high-impact partnerships
- Own the commercial P&L and scale your own sales team as the organization grows
In the early stages, you’ll be hands-on in sales and work closely with the management team to set the direction. As the company scales, you’ll build and lead your own high-performing sales team. This is a unique opportunity to help shape a fast-growing, mission-driven company with global potential from day one. The position is based in Stockholm and reports directly to the CEO.

Qualifications:
- Approximately 5+ years of experience in a commercial role within the SaaS industry, with a strong track record of success; experience within a regulated industry is considered a plus.Approximately 5+ years of experience in a commercial role within the SaaS industry, with a strong track record of success
- Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills , both in Swedish and English, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations
- Proficiency in additional languages beyond English and Swedish is considered a strong plus
- Experience in leading a company through its growth phase, with the ability to iterate on products/services based on customer feedback
- A track record of building and refining processes in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Experience in expanding into new markets outside of the Nordics is highly meritorious
