Oncopeptides is a Swedish global biotech company focusing on research, development, and commercialization of targeted therapies for difficult-to-treat cancers. About the Role

Welcome to an exciting opportunity to be a central part of Oncopeptides, which is a growing biotechnology company in Stockholm! We are looking for a competent and driven HR and Payroll Coordinator with an international perspective to Oncopeptides HQ in central Stockholm.

In the HR and payroll coordinator role, you will be part of a small HR team. You will have a central role in the implementation of Oncopeptides HRM system as well as the handling of international payroll and HR administration of their outsourced payroll in various European countries. You will work broadly with HR administrative tasks, both related to the” on- and off-boarding” of employees as well as tasks connected to the different phases of the payroll process. You will be part of a new and committed HR team that strives to offer data-driven and effective HR support to the organization. You will also provide service to managers and employees in labor law and system-related matters related to Oncopeptides HRM. In addition to HR and payroll administration, you will have the opportunity to work in other HR areas and HR policy implementation together with the Head of People and Culture. 

Main responsibilities

Payroll process:

·      Manage global payroll administration monthly (incl. vacation, sick leave, overtime, expense reporting, and pension). Ensuring accuracy of the information and all deadlines are met as the main point of contact for the Outsourced Payroll.

·      Manage the administration of all relevant HR systems, including processing on- and offboarding’s.

·      Provide continuous internal training and set up monthly/yearly processes for HRM.

HR administration:

·      General People Administration: Manage HR activities according to the organization’s needs, including the full HR cycle and associated processes.

·      Onboarding and Offboarding: Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for new employees, including the administration of HRM registrations and coordination of the onboarding training program.

·      Primary HR Contact: Act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries and manage the HR inbox.

·      HR Data Quality and compliance: Ensure the accuracy of HR records within their systems.

·      KPI Contribution: Help achieve agreed-upon HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

·      HR Queries: Respond to various HR inquiries, including reference requests, policy questions, HR Self-Service system issues, and absence queries from managers and employees.

·      HR Administrative Tasks: Assist with general HR administrative duties and generate monthly and ad hoc HR reports and statistics.

·      Compensation and Benefits Administration: Manage the administration of compensation and benefits.

·      Process Improvement: Support the Head of People in implementing new processes, using your initiative to identify areas for improvement. Provide administrative support for ad hoc projects as needed, aiming to enhance and standardize HR processes using various systems.

·      Work proactively with the HR department and the organization for the well-being of personnel, e.g, processes, and activities to prevent stress and illness, and support rehabilitation process.

·      Support employee well-being initiatives.

·      Perform work in compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS)

Your qualifications

We are looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. We believe that you have a few years’ experience in payroll administration and HR system management (global experience is a merit). You have a proficiency in payroll processes, HRM systems and other systems (System implementation is a merit). Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required as well as experience of independently managing projects and processes. You have attention to detail and the ability to maintain data accuracy. You have experience in labor law & compliance to other laws and regulations, great collaboration skills, as well as proficiency in all parts of Office 365. You have excellent language skills, fluent in Swedish and English, both written and orally, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
