Are you a Financial Controller with experience from treasury or trading accounting and reporting? Then this is the role for you. We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller who wants to contribute to the development of Parent Bank Accounting & Reporting (PAR) including Treasury- and Trading Financial Control.

About the role
You will be part of a team of 10 employees responsible for accounting, financial and regulatory reporting processes for the parent company Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB. Your main responsibility will be Treasury Controlling. PAR has global accountability for branches and processes carried out by Data Reporting Services. You will also work closely with Group Risk, which is responsible for the day-to-day trading reporting. In your role, you will report to the Head of PAR.
As a Financial Controller, you will have the opportunity to shape the future by:
• Having global responsibility for hedge accounting, monthly reporting, financial statements, and financial analysis for Treasury.
• Independently pursuing ad hoc issues within accounting, reporting and our processes.
• Driving the change agenda, both set requirements and implement global initiatives.

You are a team player with solid experience in financial products and their accounting, especially in trading/treasury. You have excellent communication skills and are confident working with stakeholders in the business at different levels.
To thrive and succeed in this role, we believe you are a self-motivated problem solver with strong collaborative skills and ability to take ownership. You can independently drive initiatives and are structured in your way of working and can see the big picture but also work with details.
You have a Master of Science in Business Administration or equivalent and have at least 5 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting. You have experience in accounting of treasury and trading products. You have experience of working in development projects with requirements and with a coordinating role. You speak both English and Swedish fluently.
