About the role
We are seeking a Credit Associate to play a pivotal role in our organization, serving as a cornerstone of our lending operations. In this position, you will be a trusted business partner, leveraging your deep understanding of financial analysis and drivers to make data-driven and well-considered credit decisions on a larger scale.
Your primary responsibilities
- Credit management – proactively identify potential payment difficulties within our loan portfolio, taking preemptive actions to minimize credit losses and foster sustainable business growth.
- Credit Origination – collaborate with our growth team to structure credits proposals, assessing their creditworthiness through your expertise in financial analysis.

What we believe you will bring:
- Academic degree in Finance, Economics or similar
- 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis – particular in transaction advisory or consulting
- Proficiency in Excel & Power Point
- Excellent command of both Swedish and English in all forms of communication
