As a Business Controller, you will be at the heart of our business operations, collaborating closely with various stakeholders. About the role
At Aritco Lift AB, we believe that a Business Controller is not just a numbers person. You will be the bridge that connects our business operations with our financial goals, enabling us to make informed decisions and drive success. Your ability to understand the nuances of our organization, identify critical information, and provide valuable insights will be paramount to your success in this role.
You will streamline our budget and financial reporting processes, as well as produce thorough financial-status reports for senior management to help improve our operational efficiency and aid in our continued growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering comprehensive financial updates to senior management, offering insightful evaluations, analyses, and reports based on relevant data points.
- Applying company policies and procedures to the current economic landscape, guiding financial decisions with confidence.
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining effective financial controls and guidelines.
- Successfully achieving budget goals through meticulous scheduling, analysis, and corrective actions.
- Contributing to the development and support of short- and long-term operational strategies.
- Communicating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring finance-related information is conveyed appropriately.
- Identifying trends, improvement opportunities, and risks through comprehensive financial data analysis.
The position reports to the CFO, and you will work closely together to evaluate the company’s financial results and analyze reports.

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Business Controller who possesses a unique blend of financial expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills. As a key member of our finance team, you will be entrusted with critical responsibilities that directly impact our organization’s success. Therefore, we are seeking an individual who goes beyond the typical requirements and brings a fresh perspective to the table.
You have the ability to work both independently and in teams. Your flexibility enables you to adapt to an environment that is constantly changing, and you find opportunities within this dynamic setting. With a growth mindset and a willingness to develop yourself within the role, you are well-equipped to manage periods with high workload.
What we believe you’ll bring:
- A minimum of five years of professional experience in Business Controlling.
- A proven track record within professional business controlling experience.
- Strong understanding of production-oriented processes and expertise in financial data analysis.
- Strong skills in Excel to create management reports to support the decision-making process.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and compliance regulations, particularly regarding P&L reporting.
- Demonstrated success in financial project management.
