About the Role
As the Nordic Commercial Coordinator, you get the chance to work and to grow in a fast-paced and international context. Together with the rest of the L’Oréal Group Travel Retail team you will maintain, develop, and support the organization to reach their targets.
You will support approximately 50 Beauty Advisors across the zone in Travel Retail. The tasks will wary and requires a lot of communication between the group aswell as logistics and coordination. You will have extensive contact with the travel retail team, the headquarter team as well as the headquarter in Paris. The position is based in Bromma, Stockholm and reports to the Retail Business Manager.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Coordinate the orders and deliveries across the countries for two different managers and their airports/shops.
- Support Retail Excellence by sharing planograms, assortments, and guidelines.
- Monitor monthly incentive plans for the concerned countries.
- Gather and perform monthly incentive orders for BAs and promoter teams.
- Transform general activity themes and assortment proposals to specific clients’ proposals with codes and quantities.
- On a monthly basis collect and share shift plans for BAs and promoter teams.
- On a regular basis update and upload our files to share drive.
- Preparing presentations.
Who are we looking for?
To succeed in this role, you have strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks. You have the ability to take ownership of tasks, and a team player attitude with willingness to help. You are curious by nature, adaptable, and resourceful to take on new types of assignments, which you can work on independently. You know how to build relationships with stakeholders and enjoy having remote colleagues.
To be suitable in this role you have 2-4 years of relevant work experience, you are eager to learn new things, can handle various administration tasks, and know how to communicate effectively. You are a master within MS Office and feel comfortable with the English language both in writing and speaking. On top of that you are fluent in Swedish, Norwegian or Danish.
