This is how we work with the recruitment process
At Novare Interim & Recruitment, we see a clear connection between efficient processes and satisfied customers. By constantly working proactively with the candidate market, we have an idea that the person you are looking for exists – even before the process has started. In fact, we may have even met your future colleague. Through this proactivity, we can usually quickly match needs with a current candidate.
We work with the recruitment process through eight steps:
Proactivity
Long before you as a customer know your own needs, we have prepared ourselves to be able to match them with the right profile. We work actively to be included in the right forums, contexts, digital channels and spontaneous meetings. We are constantly developing our network and with ongoing monitoring of the environment and an ear towards the market, we can ‘a little bit of everything’ about a lot. We know a lot in our focus areas HR, Marketing, Finance and Administration.
Mapping
In order to bring out the nuances of your exact needs, we carry out a mapping before the start. In this way, we ensure that we get an accurate picture of your nuances in need. We are happy to meet both you as a customer and relevant people in the organization at the same time as we scan the candidate market and the surrounding area. We always take a consultative approach to the process and the need to be able to best contribute to a long-term match.
Agreement
Here, you as a customer choose your needs. Is it most optimal at the moment to hire an employee temporarily, continuously or do you wish to hire directly? We offer most models and are happy to help you decide which model fits best based on your needs and your future plans.
After signing the contract, you as a customer can sit back, have a coffee and maybe start ordering a computer, phone and a flower for your new colleague. From there we take care of the rest.
Tempo
It sounds like a matter of course, but the fact is that the faster we are in handling, the more candidates we have time to evaluate against your needs. We always work with a smaller number of processes in parallel to be able to give full focus to your request and quickly find the optimal solutions.
Security
Investing in a new employee is expensive, but without experienced recruiters and a well-thought-out process, it can be even more expensive. Therefore, we work with the candidates in several stages with ongoing reconciliations. We value every step that we take together and for you as a customer there is always the opportunity to add tests, background checks, CASE, ad hoc moments, extended reference taking and unique adaptations.
Delivery
As a customer, will you experience a great relief with us. After you sign the agreement, will you get weekly status updates, but you don’t really have to think about the process until the agreed date of delivery. We will then get back to you with 2 – 3 recommended candidates based on your needs.
Employment

Follow-up
Our processes don’t end when we’re done. As a natural part for us, we always follow up our recruitments within a 3-month period to ensure that all parties are satisfied. Through the follow-up, we ensure that the match is long-term and lives up to the expectations that all parties had initially. We also collect feedback from the process to constantly optimize and improve the processes based on customer and candidate experience.
For consulting hires, it goes without saying that we have an ongoing dialogue with the candidate from day one. Novare Interim & Recruitment works very closely with the consultants and offers ongoing coaching and support throughout the assignment. To us, this contributes with being able to quickly capture questions and ideas in order to further support the business in a consultative manner.
