Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Group Strategy Manager to lead and support complex initiatives across the PostNord Group. This role involves collaborating with top management and important stakeholders across the group to create value, conduct market research, and communicate our strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the development of corporate and key business strategies, and support in their operationalization, execution and communication.
• Lead and support strategic initiatives and ad-hoc deliverables across the PostNord Group.
• Collaborate with top management to provide insights and actionable advice.
• Conduct continuous market research and competitor analysis.
• Prepare materials for board presentations and top management forums.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business or Engineering preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in management consultancy or a similar corporate role.
• Strategic mindset with excellent business acumen and analytical skills.
• Experienced project manager with strong data analytics capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a Scandinavian language.
