Cemvision is a Swedish climate-tech company reinventing cement for a low-carbon future. By rethinking traditional cement chemistry and using circular materials alongside electrified processes, Cemvision produces and sells near-zero cement that integrates into existing concrete value chains. Its first product family, Re-ment, is based on proven chemistry, modernized to use industrial by-products instead of virgin limestone, enabling non-fossil, resource-efficient cement production.
To strengthen the team, Cemvision is looking for a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to put green cement on the mass market. The role
The CCO will be responsible for Cemvision’s overall commercial agenda, from market entry and positioning to closing strategic customer agreements. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead and grow an experienced commercial team and gradually establish local sales presence in key European markets. The role combines strategic responsibility with active involvement in key customer negotiations and partnership building. Based in Stockholm, you will work closely with senior stakeholders across the cement and concrete value chain to drive adoption of Cemvision’s solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Own and drive Cemvision’s commercial strategy with focus on Northern Europe.
- Build and lead an experienced and growing commercial team of Key Account Managers and Technical Sales Managers across selected European markets.
- Ensure a strong commercial position in a concentrated, regulated market.
- Link commercial progress to financing and investment decisions together with the management team.
We are looking for
- Strong commercial track record from cement, concrete, prefab or closely related building materials.
- Proven success in complex B2B sales with long cycles and technical validation and large deal values.
- Experience with offtake or futures‑like contracts in conservative, regulated industrial markets.
- Solid understanding of pricing and margins in concentrated market settings, including CO2‑related regulation.
- Experience building or scaling commercial organizations across several European markets.
- Established leadership experience from smaller, entrepreneurial and fast‑moving companies.
- Fluent in English; strong ability to work with Swedish stakeholders. Additional European languages are an advantage.
