Project Business Analyst

Lantmännen is a farmers’ cooperative with operations from field to fork, creating value from farmland resources in a responsible way. Lantmännen Cerealia, part of the Food division, develops and markets grain-based food such as flour, muesli, crispbread, pasta and pancakes, as well as ready meals and green food, to markets across the Nordics and beyond. Our brands include Kungsörnen, Amo, Regal, AXA, Vaasan Koulunäkki, Sopps and FINN CRISP.
Lantmännen Cerealia is on a transformation journey where one of our key focus areas is to establish a more efficient way of operating our business. Therefore, we are now recruiting several Project Business Analysts to strengthen a large business and IT transformation of our ERP M3 to cloud and standardized processes in four Nordic countries and our plants.
The role and what we offer
You will be part of the central M3 project team for approximately 18+ months, assigned to one specific project stream and reporting to the Head of IT Business Development (solid line) and your Stream Lead (dotted line). The streams represent end-to-end processes within our business.
You will:
- Execute activities and deliverables in line with the project plan, budget and time frame within your stream.
- Plan, organize and facilitate workshops, and capture clear, structured outcomes.
- Analyze workshop results, propose solutions and anchor them with stakeholders.
- Contribute to the design and documentation of standardized end‑to‑end processes.
- Support change management, including training materials, communication and follow-up.
- Help secure a smooth handover from project to line organization for your stream.
You will work closely with almost all participants within the project, such as PMO, Business IT, external specialists and subject matter experts from across the business in an international environment. This will give you valuable relations, network and business insights.
What you bring
You are curious, structured and solution-oriented, with an interest in how processes and tools can improve the business.
You have:
- 2–3 years of relevant working experience. Experience from transformations or projects in a larger multi‑country organization is preferred.
- University degree in engineering, business, IT, or other relevant field.
- You are fluent in English and one or more Nordic language since these languages will be key in communication
- Good knowledge of common IT tools and good general business understanding.
- Knowledge of project methods and tools, and experience from change management and some project leadership.
- Strong planning and organizing skills, with focus on outcomes.
- Strong analytical ability, lateral thinking and good documentation skills.
- Proven networking and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders across functions and countries.
- High self-awareness, ability to work independently and flexibility to handle a fast-paced, changing project environment.
- Composure in ambiguity and the capacity to act with urgency when needed.

Location and development
We welcome applicants from Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden. The main location during the project is Stockholm, with frequent work on site in our plants and offices across the four Nordic countries, so mobility and willingness to travel are required.
You will gain deep insight into our core processes and how a major transformation project is run, and our ambition is that you continue in a role within the business or other transformation projects after the project. You will also take part in specific development activities aimed at building your abilities to further learn and grow.
