The Investor Relations and Sustainability Analyst at Loomis partipates in and drives various projects within both sustainability and investor relations. The position supports the Group Sustainability Controller in consolidating, analyzing, and assuring quality of sustainability reporting as well as securing compliance of upcoming sustainability regulations. You are responsible for keeping Loomis sustainability ratings and rankings up to date, for both sustainability and financial performance, and the related data collection within the organization. You will provide support to the business regarding reporting and insights within sustainability, competitor analysis, and investor targeting. You will participate in business review meetings and help prepare financial communication messaging and presentations, and you also coordinate meetings and manage projects with both internal and external stakeholders.
The role reports directly to the Head of Sustainability and Investor relations for Loomis Group, operational from Stockholm, and works close to other group functions. The investor relations and sustainability team are part of the financial organization within Loomis and reports to the global CFO. The role is based at global HQ in central Stockholm.
Main responsibilities:
· Drive and participate in projects within sustainability and investor relations
· Provide support to the business regarding reporting and insights within sustainability, competitive analysis, and investor targeting
· Assist the Head of Sustainabilty and IR in writing external communication messaging (examples include texts for the annual report, quarter reports, Loomis’ website, press releases etc.)
· Consolidate, analyze, and assure quality of reported sustainability data on a quarterly basis
· Participate in preparing the Annual report to secure compliance with CSRD
· Participate in regular stakeholder dialogues to identify focus areas within sustainability
· Maintaining and reporting of sustainability and investor ratings / rankings
· Coordinate meetings and manage projects with both internal and external stakeholders
Your qualifications
We are looking for someone who is analytical, curious and likes to take initiative. To succeed in the role, you are a fast learner, have a humble approach, have a structured way of working, and are good at communicating with different stakeholders.
You are fluent in both English and Swedish, and Spanish is advantageous. You have excellent Excel skills and preferably experience from Power BI, as well as experience in analytics, controlling and/or reporting in a large global organization. Understanding of sustainability metrics and/or previous experience from investor relations is a must, and you probably have around 4-6 years of related work experience. You also have at least a bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, sustainability or equivalent. Previous experience within communications, GHG accounting and / or human rights is seen as a merit.
