Talent Development Coordinator – Private Equity Client

Novare Interim & Recruitment is recruiting a Talent Development Coordinator to drive the people development agenda for a leading global investment organization in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
About the role
We are now looking for a Talent Development Coordinator to join the Talent Development team in Stockholm. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, execution, and service, and who enjoys taking ownership of operational tasks while also contributing to improving ways of working.
The role is primarily operational and supportive in nature, working closely with the team to ensure learning initiatives run seamlessly from planning and communication to materials, data, and participant management. You will also contribute to making processes smarter, clearer, and more efficient over time.
You will be a trusted coordinator and enabler with real ownership and impact, collaborating closely with colleagues in Talent Development as well as internal and external stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating logistics for training programs, including scheduling, invitations, calendars, and participant management
- Managing clear and timely communication with participants, facilitators, and internal stakeholders before, during, and after trainings
- Reviewing and quality-checking training materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with internal standards
- Maintaining and structuring participant data, attendance lists, and feedback, primarily using Excel
- Supporting planning and follow-up for learning initiatives to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery
- Leading and contributing to smaller improvement projects within the Talent Development team
- Proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes, tools, and ways of working
This role is a 12-month fixed-term position. You will be part of the Talent Development team, which is central to the organization’s people strategy, supporting talent growth across all levels and geographies. Rooted in a strong apprenticeship culture, the team drives high-quality, scalable learning operations and continuously improves how initiatives are planned, delivered, and followed up, ensuring smooth execution and a great participant experience.

Requirements:
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities in parallel
- High level of structure and attention to detail
- Very good working knowledge of Excel (participant lists, tracking, structuring data) and PowerPoint
- Experience coordinating trainings, events, or development initiatives
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
- High proficiency in English, both written and verbal
Nice to have:
- Previous experience within HR, Talent Development, Learning & Development, or a similar function
- Experience working with Power BI, Workday and/or learning platforms
