About the role
Novare Interim & Recruitment is assisting DBT in recruiting a Credit Investment Analyst. In this key role within DBT’s growth team, you will focus on underwriting deals while contributing to building DBT’s reputation alongside a diverse and supportive team. You will work in a collaborative and dynamic environment, closely with talented professionals, combining varied experiences to create innovative financial solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Due Diligence: Conduct commercial and financial due diligence using DBT’s in house platform, Growth Hub.
- Credit Investment Memos: Prepare credit investment memos and present them to DBT’s Credit Committee.
- Negotiations: Negotiate and structure deals, supported by DBT’s experienced legal team.
- Portfolio Management: Assist with ongoing monitoring and management of portfolio companies, including analyzing financial performance, identifying value creation opportunities, and tracking market trends.
- Value Creation: Contribute to in-house projects focused on strategic growth, product development, and brand awareness.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree (a master’s degree is a plus), preferably in Finance, Economics, or Engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in transaction advisory or other fields where fundamental financial modeling has been integral to your daily responsibilities.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent command of both Swedish and English in all forms of communication.
Furthermore, we believe you possess the following skills:
- Financial analysis: Strong ability to analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Risk assessment: Ability to identify, evaluate, and mitigate potential risks associated with lending to growing SMEs.
- Attention to detail: Meticulous in reviewing financial data and detecting critical issues that may affect a customer’s creditworthiness.
- Presentation skills: Ability to present complex financial information clearly and confidently to prospects, clients, and internal colleagues.
