About the Role

The Client Experience Operations team sits within Fund Operations, a global function in EQT’s Central Functions. We support our client service teams and internal stakeholders by ensuring daily operations are well-managed, consistent, and aligned with regulatory standards. Based in Stockholm, we collaborate across geographies to enhance the overall client experience and deliver operational excellence.

As a Client Experience Operations Professional, you’ll play a key role in supporting EQT’s fund operations and client service delivery. You’ll contribute your expertise to maintain structured processes, coordinate client-related workflows, and improve documentation practices. This role is ideal for someone who brings solid experience in operations or administration and is ready to deepen their impact by driving structure and consistency across our internal and external interactions.

This role is a 12-month fixed-term position within Fund Operations at EQT in Stockholm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and tracking client queries in collaboration with internal teams and fund administrators.
  • Maintaining accurate and compliant documentation across client-facing processes.
  • Providing structured administrative and operational support to fund management teams.
  • Supporting digital tools such as the EQT Investor Portal and ensuring their accurate use.
  • Coordinating requests and communications between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Contributing to workflow improvements and operational documentation.
  • Helping ensure that internal knowledge sharing and digital workspaces remain up to date and accessible.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in operations, administration, or client service—ideally in financial services or a similarly structured environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work across teams and time zones with excellent communication skills.
  • High proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable using and supporting digital tools and platforms.
  • Service-oriented, with a structured and collaborative work approach.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in fund operations or financial back-office environments.
  • Familiarity with digital workflow tools and structured documentation practices.
  • Exposure to regulated industries and client-facing administrative work.
