The position
As Supplier & Service Partnership Manager, you hold a critical, central, and coordinating role within the company’s supplier and partner management function during a critical phase of European growth. You are responsible for designing, owning, and continuously improving supplier and partner onboarding and control processes, with a focus on robustness, scalability, and full regulatory compliance.
Your background in banking or debt collection provides you with the regulatory insight and relationship-building skills required to navigate a complex and fast-changing financial environment.
You act as a key connector across the organization, ensuring effective and goal-oriented collaboration between internal teams and strategic partners as well as outsourced service providers. In this role, you serve as a senior advisor and support management and colleagues on supplier- and partnership-related strategic matters.
You work closely with both internal functions and external partners to ensure supplier and partnership strategies are firmly anchored in business objectives and support the company’s goals. While the role does not include supplier sourcing, you are responsible for the processes related to onboarding, monitoring, and offboarding partners and suppliers, with a focus on driving efficiency and quality throughout the supplier and partnership lifecycle.
Continuous improvement is a natural part of your assignment. You identify and drive enhancements within supplier and partner management, lead the implementation of Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), and ensure that risk management and industry best practices are integrated into the business.
You are responsible for clear, actionable reporting to senior management and for ensuring transparent and effective communication between partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
The position is based in Stockholm.
