Dometic is a global leader in outdoor living solutions, providing essential gear for an adventurous lifestyle. The company is on an exciting growth and transformation journey and is now looking for a Head of Group Business Control to strengthen its Group Finance function. This position reports to the Group CFO and will be based at Dometic’s headquarters in Solna Strand.
About the position
As Head of Group Business Control, you will play a highly visible role at the heart of the business, working closely with the CFO, CEO, and Group Management to drive performance and strategic decision-making. Through financial insights, planning, and analytics, you will help shape the Group’s direction while leading and developing a high-performing team of five.
Your main responsibilities
- Lead and continuously develop the Group’s management reporting, enterprise management model, and KPI framework.
- Drive the development and implementation of business intelligence and analytics solutions that enable data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure the integrity, quality, and consistency of financial information across the Group.
- Lead the Group’s financial planning processes, providing forward-looking analysis and actionable insights.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, CFO, and senior leadership team, delivering relevant financial analysis and business insights.
- Prepare and present high-quality decision support and performance materials for Group Management and the Board of Directors.
- Partner closely with Investor Relations in the preparation of interim and annual reports.
- Serve as the key finance business partner to the global Group Functions and strengthen collaboration between the business segments and Group Finance.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Group Business Control team, fostering a high-performance culture and building a strong pipeline of future finance leaders.

Background and experience
A suitable background includes solid experience from roles such as Head of Business Control, Finance Manager, or a divisional finance leadership position, preferably within large and complex, global, decentralized industrial and product-driven companies. You also bring the following qualifications and experience:
- Experience from publicly listed companies and acquisitive, growth-oriented organizations is highly valued.
- International mindset and exposure to global business operations. Experience living and working abroad is an advantage.
- Proven ability to drive performance improvements and operational efficiency through proactive financial analysis, insights, and business partnering.
- Strong track record of influencing senior leaders, translating insights into action, and driving performance across a complex global organization.
- Strong academic credentials, with a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

- Capability to build, develop, and maintain an enterprise performance model for a global group.
- Interest in leveraging digital tools and analytics to improve efficiency, insights, and decision-making.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships, as well as the ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Desire to work closely with finance leaders across the business to strengthen business control and performance management throughout the Group.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to attract, develop, and retain talent.
