What has the Novare Executive Program meant for you as individuals and leaders?

Fredrik: ”The program helped me reflect and implement actions to drive personal and professional development. After the first module, I started prioritizing differently. Furthermore, I made new friends with whom I can discuss both business challenges and private matters.”

What are your key takeaways from the program?

Fredrik: ”The program deepened my insights related to some of the key trends, which I immediately brought back to discuss further with our leadership team. Despite being a diverse group of leaders, we face similar challenges, and it was a fantastic opportunity to gain experience from guest speakers, facilitators, and other participants in the program.”

Olivier: ”The importance of creating clarity on the purpose of our projects!”

How have you applied the insights and lessons in your roles at Nefab?

Olivier: ”The timing of the program aligned perfectly with our work on our 2030 strategy. Thus, I could more or less mirror and reflect on all our learnings in each step of our new strategy as we were building our plan.”

Fredrik: ”I agree with Olivier – we were a bit lucky that the timing of each module aligned with our strategy process, allowing us to quickly apply insights to the ongoing work. I would say that we could use insights from all modules, while the sessions on innovation and digitalization have had the most impact on our execution plans.”

What is at the top of your agenda as leaders in the fall of 2023?

Fredrik: ”We have just launched our strategy for 2030. Our focus in the strategy will be to support the creation and alignment of business plans at all levels of the company. Additionally, I will be anchoring and leading our digital transformation”

Olivier: ”Now that we have launched our new strategy… it’s all about execution!!!!”
