About the Role
As the IT Director at XVIVO, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's global IT strategy to support business growth and digital transformation. You will lead IT operations to ensure they meet business objectives, including driving digital transformation projects. You will report to the CFO and lead a global IT team, focusing on collaboration in the USA and Europe. Your role includes coordinating IT systems, improving integration and data security, and ensuring regulatory compliance. XVIVO needs to streamline and harmonize its IT systems, including ERP and quality systems, to support operations during rapid expansion. The position is based in Mölndal and includes international travel.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and implement XVIVO's global IT strategy.
- Lead digital transformation and automation initiatives.
- Manage IT infrastructure, applications and security.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Responsible for budget and strategic planning for scalable IT infrastructure.
- Lead a global IT team and manage relationships with international colleagues and vendors.
Background and Experience:
- At least ten years of experience in IT management in a rapidly growing, international organization.
- Documented experience in leading digital transformation and automation.
- Strong background in cybersecurity and regulatory compliance, preferably in medtech or similar industries.
- Experience in leading IT teams and managing global vendors.
- Relevant higher education, preferably in IT or equivalent.
- Excellent language skills in Swedish and English
