Key responsibilities
- Own and manage the Group-wide sustainability data collection and consolidation process, ensuring accurate, timely and decision-useful data for internal and external reporting.

- Translate outcomes from double materiality assessments into a clear reporting scope and proportionate, well-defined data requirements.

- Enable subsidiaries with material climate impact to perform and own their climate calculations by providing clear methodology, guidance and support, and maintaining Group-wide emissions calculations and the emissions factor library.
- Develop and maintain structured processes, documentation standards, evidence management and calculation models/dashboards (e.g. in Excel and Power BI) to secure data quality, traceability, audit readiness and decision-relevant analysis.
- Provide analytical support to Group Sustainability and Group Finance, collaborate with Business Area Finance Directors to integrate sustainability metrics into financial analysis, and work closely with the Sustainability Reporting Specialist to deliver validated datasets and methodological input for ESRS and other external reporting.
Background and profile
- You have an academic degree in finance, accounting, engineering, sustainability, environmental economics or a similar field, with a strong quantitative and analytical focus.
- Approximately 6–10+ years of relevant experience from controlling or quantitative ESG /sustainability analysis.
- Experience from Group-level, consolidated or multi-entity reporting environments.
- Proven ability to independently drive reporting processes and manage cross-entity data collection.
- Hands-on experience of building or improving reporting frameworks, calculation models and data governance structures.
- Practical experience with climate calculations in line with the GHG Protocol and structured sustainability data processes.
- Solid understanding of regulatory sustainability data requirements (for example CSRD and ESRS) and how these affect reporting scope, estimation and documentation.
- Experience working in decentralised organisations is considered an advantage.
As a person, you have a strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail, and you are comfortable working with complex datasets. You are pragmatic and solution oriented, able to balance regulatory compliance with operational efficiency and proportionality. You are structured and process driven, with the ability to design scalable and workable reporting models. You are credible and confident in dialogue with Finance Directors and senior stakeholders and are comfortable documenting methodologies, assumptions and estimation logic to audit-ready standards.
