Patricia Industries, part of Investor AB, is recruiting an Investment Professional to join its team in Stockholm.

Patricia Industries is a long-term owner of private companies, working to develop them to their full potential. It is part of Investor AB, whose main owner is the Wallenberg Foundations. Patricia’s portfolio consists of ten platform companies with approximately 20,000 employees, SEK 60 billion in sales, SEK 17 billion in EBITDA, and a portfolio value of around SEK 220 billion. The team comprises 30 professionals across two offices, in Stockholm and New York, with two Co-Heads. The role is based in Stockholm, focusing on supporting the growth and development of the Nordic portfolio.

What You Will Do

As an Investment Professional, you will work closely with senior colleagues and management teams on initiatives that strengthen performance, support business development and add-on acquisitions, and contribute to evaluating potential new investments. The role offers broad industry exposure, meaningful responsibility early on, and the opportunity to grow within a collaborative, high-performing team.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct strategic, industry, and financial analysis to support value creation in Patricia Industries’ portfolio companies
• Collaborate with portfolio management teams on strategic and operational initiatives to drive short- and long-term performance
• Support the sourcing and evaluation of add-on acquisitions and new platforms
• Build deep knowledge of Patricia Industries’ companies and their industries
• Prepare and present financial analyses and investment materials to internal and external stakeholders

Who You Are

• 1–4 years of experience from a top-tier management consulting firm, private equity, investment management, or investment banking
• MSc in finance, accounting, industrial economics, or a related field from a leading university
• Analytical, intellectually curious, and detail-oriented with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
• Ability to work independently across multiple workstreams
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• A proactive, entrepreneurial approach with a strong sense of ownership
• A positive attitude and strong bias for action
• High integrity, good judgment, and a genuine passion in business and investments
• A strong track record of professional achievement
