Patricia Industries, part of Investor AB, is looking for an Investment Professional to join its dynamic team in Stockholm!

Patricia Industries is a long-term owner of private companies, working to develop them to their full potential, with a focus on the Nordics and North America. It is part of Investor AB, whose main owner is the Wallenberg Foundations. Patricia’s portfolio currently consists of ten platform companies—six in the Nordics and four in North America—with approximately 20,000 employees, SEK 60 billion in sales, SEK 16 billion in EBITDA, and a portfolio value of approximately SEK 220 billion. The team is made up of 30 people across two offices, located in New York and Stockholm, and led by two Co-Heads based in these locations.

As an Investment Professional, you will develop portfolio companies, incl. driving performance, business development activities and add-on acquisitions, and source new investments, alongside senior team members. This role offers exposure to a broad spectrum of investment activities, collaboration with a diverse range of experienced professionals and an opportunity to grow your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with portfolio management teams to align strategies and activities to drive short- and long-term performance
• Research and develop deep knowledge of Patricia’s companies and their related industries
• Assist in sourcing and evaluating add-on acquisitions and new platforms
• Prepare financial analyses, investment memos, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders

Who You Are:

• 1-4 years of experience in a top-tier management consulting firm, private equity, or other investment firm
• MSc in finance, accounting, industrial economics, or similar from a prestigious university
• A team player with a down-to-earth, humble, positive attitude, high energy, service-oriented, and proactive mindset with a strong bias for action
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently across multiple workstreams
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership
• A strong passion for business and investments
• High integrity, good judgment, and the ability to make sound decisions
• A strong track record of professional achievement
