Group Key Account Manager – Autocirc

Autocirc is leading the circular transformation of the automotive aftermarket. They deliver high-quality, reused original car parts through a fully integrated, data-driven platform—reducing carbon emissions by up to 80% compared to new parts. With operations in seven countries and over 1,200 employees, they are scaling rapidly across Europe.

They are now strengthening their Nordic presence with a new office in Stockholm and are seeking an experienced International Key Account Manager to take ownership of their largest international customer relationships.

 

The Role

You will take full ownership of their largest international accounts—distributors, OEMs, and fleet operators. Your mandate: deliver revenue growth, profitability, and tailored solutions across multiple European markets. You report to the Chief Commercial Officer and collaborate with senior leaders in sales, pricing, product, and supply chain.  

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive growth and profitability in top-tier international accounts.
  • Set and execute strict account strategies and business plans.
  • Lead all commercial negotiations—contracts, pricing, and agreements.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between internal teams and key customers on supply, delivery, and service.
  • Monitor market trends and enforce digital integration and process improvements.

Profile Requirements

  • Master’s degree in business, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in international B2B key account management with a proven record of revenue growth and strategic partnerships across multiple markets.
  • Deep expertise in the automotive industry (aftermarket experience required), with direct work for or with OEMs, fleet operators, or spare parts distributors/wholesalers.
  • Demonstrated success in complex contract negotiations, pricing, and value-based selling in a cross-border context.
  • Experience from high-growth, fast-paced environments.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken). Swedish proficiency required. French or German is a plus.
