Executive Analyst
Executive Analyst to high‑growth niche bank
Our client is a specialised niche bank on a strong growth journey in the European credit market. Backed by institutional owners and significant capital, the bank is expanding its product offering and geographic footprint and is now strengthening the organisation with an Executive Analyst working directly with the CEO.
The role
As Executive Analyst you act as a strategic and hands‑on partner to the CEO in a fast‑paced environment. You will:
- Prepare strategy documents, board and investor materials and CEO reports
- Conduct market and competitor analysis and follow industry developments
- Build financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions, investments and M&A
- Coordinate and follow up on key strategic initiatives together with senior leadership
- Participate in selected meetings with the CEO, document key points and ensure high-quality follow-up and deliverables
- The role is designed as a stepping stone for a high‑performing individual, with potential to move into strategy, business development, M&A or a senior role in the wider ecosystem over time.
Background and profile
- Degree in Finance, Business, Engineering or similar
- Experience from an investment bank, top-tier strategy consulting firm or similar high-intensity analytical environment
- Strong analytical skills and proven experience from financial modelling and decision material for senior stakeholders
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Fluent in Swedish and English
