Private Equity Real Estate, Analyst

Nordika is seeking an Analyst with up to two years of relevant experience to join their Stockholm office

Nordika is a disciplined and flexible investor, focused on special situations as well as opportunistic and value-add investments across the Nordics, including direct real estate equity, recapitalisations, hybrid capital, and real estate platforms across all real estate segments.

About the Role

As an Analyst at Nordika, you will work across the full investment cycle, collaborate closely with the entire investment team and Partners, and take ownership of defined workstreams with clear deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:

• Analysing investment opportunities across various real estate segments and capital structures
• Building, maintaining, and reviewing financial models and valuation analyses to support investment decisions
• Supporting deal sourcing, market research, and preparation of investment materials
• Assisting in due diligence processes, transaction execution, and financing discussions
• Supporting portfolio work, including analysis, monitoring, and follow-up on existing investments

The role is based at Nordika’s Stockholm office at Norrlandsgatan, as we believe close collaboration is key to strong performance and learning.

Who You Are

We are looking for a motivated and structured individual with a strong interest in real estate investments and private equity. We see that you have:

• A university degree in finance, economics, real estate, engineering, or a related field
• Up to approximately two years of relevant experience, for example from investment banking, corporate finance, management consulting, real estate investment, or a similar analytical role
• Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modelling
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English and Swedish, both spoken and written
