OX2’s IT-organization is growing, and we are now hiring an IT Product Specialist, responsible for SAP SuccessFactors and tools supporting the enabling functions, to be part of the exciting journey that we have ahead of us. You will play an important part in designing, implementing, and maintaining our HR tools and systems and more.

About the position

OX2 has expand geographically into new markets and with new technologies which has necessitated reviewing and developing innovative solutions. In the role of IT Product Specialist for SAP SuccessFactors, you will be ultimately responsible for the system's functionality and security, as well as ensuring efficient end-to-end processes across platforms where HR data is involved. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining the product backlog in JIRA, prioritizing user stories together with the Business Process Expert from HR and ensuring that development teams understand the deliverables. You will ensure that prioritized change requests are implemented, manage and monitor reported errors, and collaborate with other product areas.

The role also includes executing service requests, following up on maintenance work, and ensuring that software updates and security upgrades are promptly made. Security management is a crucial part of the role, where you will ensure that systems comply with the IT security framework, conduct security audits, and test backup and recovery procedures. Documentation in Confluence and monitoring system performance with SIEM tools are also part of the responsibilities. The role includes staying updated with industry trends, participating in training, and testing new system functionality. The IT Product Specialist is part of the IT team, and you will report to Product Area Owner.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Further develop OX2’s HR tools and systems as well as other tools used by our enabling functions
• Together with the Business Process Expert, own the Roadmap of SAP SuccessFactors and manage the backlog.
• Execute decisions and actively prioritize tasks in the area of SAP SuccessFactors and other enabling tools.
• Create and maintain the product backlog in JIRA and prioritize user stories.
• Manage software updates, patches, and security upgrades with the suppliers.
• Lead testing and release of error fixes.
• Follow up on regular maintenance work by suppliers and track performance against key KPIs and SLAs.
• Collaborate with other product areas to build cross-platform functionality as well as resolving cross-functional issues.
• Ensure systems comply with OX2’s IT security framework.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in SAP SuccessFactors.

We want to hire someone who has genuine interest and documented experience in leading the development of HR tools and systems. A prerequisite for the job is that you have broad technical competence. As an IT Product Specialist – SAP SuccessFactors you have a key role in realizing and further developing OX2's strategies in the area. In addition, you have:

• Earlier working experience from similar roles as IT Product Specialist
• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Understanding of IT security frameworks and eager to learn more.
• Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence or similar ITSM tools.
• Familiarity with SIEM tools for system performance monitoring.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Project management skills.
• Relevant education such as Computer science and System administration, or similar achieved knowledge and skills through work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish.
