OX2’s IT-organization is growing, and we are now hiring a Compliance and Information Security Specialist, where you'll play a pivotal role in safeguarding our organization's compliance and security posture and be part of the exciting journey that we have ahead of us.

About the position

OX2 has expanded geographically into new markets and with new technologies which has necessitated reviewing and developing innovative solutions. With 5-10 years of experience, you'll leverage your expertise in compliance, process control, and project management to lead critical initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Compliance, you'll work independently and collaboratively within an agile team. Your curious mindset and eagerness to learn will be crucial as we navigate new regulatory landscapes leading up to 2025. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by integrating compliance requirements into business processes and ensuring data governance across the organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Information Security Management System (ISMS) in line with ISO27001 standards.
• Provide expert advice on compliance matters related to NIS2, GDPR, and the SOCI Act.
• Lead and manage compliance-related projects from initiation to completion.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and coordinate internal and external audits.
• Ensure effective implementation and adherence to data governance policies.
• Stay updated on regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable strategies and processes that enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with external parties to facilitate compliance initiatives.

We want to hire someone who has genuine interest and documented experience in compliance, process control, information security and project management. A prerequisite for the job is that you have broad technical competence. As a Compliance and Information Security Specialist you have a key role in realizing and further developing OX2's strategies in the area. In addition, you have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 years of relevant experience in compliance and information security.
• Proven experience with ISO27001, NIS2, GDPR, and the SOCI Act.
• Strong background in process control and project management.
• Proficient in developing and managing ISMS frameworks.
• Excellent risk assessment and auditing capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish.
