About the Role

As the Office Manager, you will be a key person supporting your colleagues. Your main responsibility will be managing the daily operations of the office, which includes organizing workspaces, coordinating deliveries and arrangements, and ensuring the workplace functions efficiently. You will also act as an important link between the company and external suppliers, as well as the property owner, ensuring that everything from meeting bookings to larger company events runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Organizing workspaces and purchasing office supplies
  • Managing deliveries and visitors
  • Serving as the point of contact for the property owner and office service providers
  • Planning and organizing company events
  • Booking hotels, travel, and managing expenses for board members in relation to board meetings

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a person who is service-minded and enjoys varied tasks while contributing to a pleasant work environment. You are independent, structured, and solutions-oriented, while also being flexible and collaborative. You enjoy organizing and planning, whether it involves daily office routines or arranging social events. With a calm and stable personality, you can manage multiple tasks at once. Since the role requires physical presence, we expect you to work full-time on-site at the office.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a service-related role
  • Experience with Office 365 and Teams
  • Ability to perform tasks that involve lifting larger/heavier items (ca 10-15 kg)
  • Excellent proficiency in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written
