With our simple model, which we call Introductory Recruitment, you can make a real difference while meeting your recruitment needs. Our process consists of four simple steps:

Analysis and Job Profile
Together with you, we analyze your recruitment needs. After that, we create a job profile.

Candidate Presentation and Interview
We present candidates, and you have the opportunity to interview and make a selection with our support.

Introductory Year
Once you have selected a candidate, Novare Intro will hire and take on the employer’s responsibilitiesy. During the entire introductory period, we provide a coach.

The coach’s primary role is to offer provide strong support to help the employee succeed in their new role as quickly and confidently as possible. We will also coach and train your managers and supervisors.

Transition or Continuation
After the introductory period, we evaluate the collaboration and prepare you for the potential transition of employment. We assist with everything related to this. If you wish to continue the employment through Novare Intro, that is of course also an option!
