About Novare
What is Novare?
Novare is a group of companies specializing in various aspects of Human Capital, including recruitment, leadership, background checks and leadership development. Together, we are 130 professionals who support both private companies and public organizations. We understand that each client has unique needs, goals, and challenges. Rather than adopting a one-size-fits-all approach, we provide access to top-tier expertise through our specialized companies. Our team members are industry experts who understand your business culture and the specific demands your organization faces.
We work for a better labor market.
We have made a commitment to be an active, positive force for change in the labor market. Our efforts go beyond recruitment, consulting, and leadership development; we are dedicated to helping individuals with neurodiverse conditions, and those from multicultural backgrounds gain more opportunities in the job market.
As one of the larger players in the recruitment industry, we have both the strength and the platform to influence labor market structures. Each year, we engage with over 15,000 individuals, make more than 600 placements, and assign over 150 consultants. This enables us to maintain one of the most extensive networks in the industry.
Not just in Sweden.
Our reach spans the entire Nordic region. The shared Nordic culture and values, particularly the democratic perspective and emphasis on competence over hierarchy, align closely with our approach to leadership. Many of our clients recognize the advantages of operating on a Nordic level rather than limiting themselves to Sweden. As a result, we are part of a voluntary network of like-minded colleagues who collaborate across Nordic borders under the name “Nordic Search Alliance”.
Nordic Search Alliance is a strategic coalition of leading executive search firms across the Nordics. With eight offices in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland, the group combines strong national players with deep local networks. The firms share a common methodology, high standards, and a collaborative approach to cross-border searches.
