Novare Intro

Neuropsychiatric disabilities (NPF) stem from how the brain functions and processes information. Common diagnoses include ADHD, ADD, Asperger’s syndrome, and autism spectrum disorders.

At Novare Intro, we only present candidates who have specifically applied for the position they are being recruited for. Additionally, we’re a small company, which makes us highly flexible and experienced in working with both large and small businesses.

In most cases, contracts are written for one year. It’s possible to sign a six-month contract, but we generally recommend a year to allow the individual enough time to settle into the role. You can terminate the contract at any time during the term with two months’ notice. There’s also an option to extend the period after the first year.

We work broadly and meet young adults seeking jobs daily. We have extensive experience recruiting for roles in logistics, reception, junior IT positions, administrative roles, office hosts, transportation drivers, warehouse positions, and more.

As a client, you have identified the need for a position or positions to be filled. Together, we create a suitable candidate profile. We then present a suitable candidate for an interview with you, and a coach from Novare Intro also participates in the interview. After that, we can fill the role within a few weeks. Before the placement, we at Novare Intro conduct a workplace visit together with Arbetsförmedlingen to assess what adjustments may need to be made. This visit typically takes about 30 minutes and does not require your participation as the client.
