Delal Apak is the CEO and co-owner of Novare Intro. She has a background within the Novare group as well as at Tele2, Business Sweden, and the recruitment industry.

Delal has studied Political Science and International Relations and has extensive experience working with young adults and individuals with disabilities. Through her work, she has developed a deep understanding of the structural barriers affecting access to the labor market, as well as issues related to inclusion, representation, and potential.
