We specialize in recruiting young adults with neuropsychiatric disabilities such as ADHD, Asperger’s, and autism. We serve as a bridge between employers facing skill shortages and a group that is often overlooked when recruitment follows traditional methods.

 

How does it work in practice?
If you’d like to give it a try, we offer an Introductory Recruitment. In this model, the person works for you as a consultant, with additional support from us. We are with you every step of the way, coaching both the consultant and your team. After the introductory period, over 70% of clients typically want to continue and take over the employment themselves. We see this as confirmation that all uncertainties have been resolved, relationships are thriving, and clients are more than satisfied.

 

How We Started
Novare Intro was founded in 2012, sparked by the alarmingly high unemployment rates among young adults with disabilities. We recognized a growing societal issue and saw it as a significant waste of potential. Determined to make a difference, we decided to take action. Thankfully, we’ve made significant strides since then.

Since 2012, we’ve supported hundreds of young adults in the Stockholm area in building careers and creating new futures with real jobs and fair wages. At the same time, our clients have gained new employees with valuable qualities that are in high demand across industries.
