We would love to meet you for an interview so we can get to know you better. When you come in for an interview with us, you’re not applying for a specific position. The first interview is called a “mapping interview,” where we’ll ask questions to get a clear understanding of who you are. We are currently located only in Stockholm.
To apply, you must be between the ages of 18 and 30, registered with the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen), and have a neuropsychiatric disability (such as ADHD, ADD, Asperger’s, or Autism).
Our method is called Introductory Recruitment. Introductory recruitment means that Novare Intro hires you and acts as your employer for one year, while you work for one of our clients. We pay your monthly salary and provide you with a coach who will support you throughout the year.
How it works:
Mapping Interview
A mapping interview is not like a typical job interview for a specific role. It’s more of a conversation where we get to know you and identify which types of jobs might be a good fit. While we can’t guarantee a job match, meeting with us improves your chances.
Matching
After the interview, we’ll input your profile into our matching system. If we find a role that matches your profile, we’ll reach out to you with more details about the job. If you’re interested, we’ll arrange an interview with the company.
Interview with the Company
To help you get a clear picture of the job, we’ll accompany you to the interview with the company. While the company conducts a more traditional interview, someone from Novare Intro will be there to offer support.
Employment
If everything feels right for both you and the company, your employment will begin. Novare Intro will assist you through the process with the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen).
Introductory Year with Coaching
During your introductory year, you will receive a job coach from Novare Intro. The coach will support you to help you succeed in your new job as quickly and confidently as possible. We will also assist you with any workplace accommodations you may need. If all goes well, there is often an opportunity for permanent employment with the client after the introductory year.
