Gender Equality and Recruitment
Since its inception, Novare has been committed to promoting gender equality. In 2017, we introduced Novare’s Gender Equality Index to track all our recruitments. The purpose of the index is to monitor equality goals transparently and inspire others in the industry to follow suit.

Fredrik observes that while a few in the industry are progressive, the majority shy away from addressing gender equality. “They don’t want to show their numbers, and that is no longer sustainable. Customers today demand transparency in a way they never did before,” he explains.
