To consistently meet and exceed our clients’ expectations, we have developed a process that is transparent, efficient, and focused on the client. From the initial consultation to the final delivery, we collaborate closely with our clients to fully understand their unique needs.

Our process consists of seven parts:

 

Analysis

The process begins with meetings and interviews with key stakeholders from the management team and/or board to understand the challenges and objectives of the role. Together, we develop a detailed job description that serves as a guiding framework throughout the entire recruitment process.

 

Search and Mapping

While conducting the analysis, we simultaneously map potential candidates by exploring relevant industries and adjacent sectors. We leverage Novare’s extensive network to identify the most qualified individuals for the role.

 

In-Depth Interviews & Assessments
Our consultants and researchers conduct detailed interviews. Additionally, Novare offers psychometric assessments, facilitated by licensed psychologists and professional search consultants who work with tailored assessments focused on personality and leadership. Licensed psychologists, as an added service. These assessments provide a comprehensive understanding of each candidate’s personality, potential, motivations, and leadership abilities, ensuring we evaluate both qualifications and the deeper qualities that contribute to success in the role and your organization.

 

Presentation
We present a selection of the most qualified candidates who align with the job profile and whom we recommend for client interviews.

 

Reference Check
We conduct thorough reference checks on the candidate the client wishes to hire. We also carry out a background check in collaboration with our sister company, Valida.

 

Signing
We support both the client and the candidate throughout the negotiation and signing process of the employment contract.

 

Follow-up

We follow up with both the client and the candidate approximately six months and twelve months after the start date to gather feedback on their experiences during the initial period.
