When a candidate has a fully or partly international career, relevant information may need to be verified outside Sweden. Novare Valida helps companies manage background checks in different countries and adapt them to local requirements.
The information that can be verified varies from country to country. Novare Valida works with international partners and has in house knowledge of the rules and procedures that apply in each market. In some cases, additional information from the candidate may be required to complete the background check.

The same structured approach to international recruitment
The process follows the same approach as Novare Valida’s other background checks. Once an assignment is handed over to us, we manage the entire process from gathering information to evaluation and recommendations.
We also help develop clear procedures for identifying which risks are relevant to the organization and what should be highlighted in the recruitment process. This creates a more consistent process regardless of whether the candidate has a Swedish or international background.
