Tobias Billström is a senior advisor, lecturer on geopolitics, and Program Director for the Novare EU & NATO Program. He has over 20 years of political experience, including roles as Sweden’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Minister of Migration, and First Deputy Speaker.
