Somaya is a Senior Consultant and responsible for Novare Executive Search’s finance team. She is a trained engineer from KTH with specialized expertise in leadership, efficiency, and process development for large and complex organizations such as SKF and SEB. Most recently, she was with SEB, where her last role was Head of Regulatory Office for Large Corporates and Financial Institutions. At SEB, she has also held positions as Head of Account Managers for Hedge Funds, Asset Management & Insurance Companies, as well as an internal management consultant.
