Andreas is a Senior Consultant and Head of Executive Assessment, responsible for the mapping and development of leaders and leadership teams. He began his career as a psychologist in the military and has since worked as a consultant and executive psychologist, including at Alumni. Andreas has extensive experience working internationally with leaders in publicly listed companies. He is a licensed psychologist and holds an MBA with a focus on brand analysis.
