This is Novare

Our journey began as an initiative by Investor AB, which sought HR support for the smaller companies within the Wallenberg sphere. That was in 2001. Today, we stand independently and have grown into a corporate group offering specialized expertise in Human Capital. In other words: recruitment, talent development, and resource augmentation, among others. 

We believe in the power of developing people. That’s where everything starts. Strong teams are built by helping individuals reach their full potential. This is how we help organizations achieve new heights. But we also strive to be a positive force in society. Through our role as recruiters, we have the opportunity to drive change in areas such as gender equality and integration.

Gender equality drives success

As recruitment professionals, we are in a position of influence when it comes to shaping workforce structures and driving progress. That’s why we always strive to present a balanced and gender-equal selection of candidates. To show our performance in this area, we publish an annual gender equality index that reflects the distribution of men and women in our recruitment assignments and within the Novare Group 

 

Diversity and qualified candidates

Often, companies and organizations limit their search to a too narrow pool, especially for executive positions and board roles. To drive change, we instead strive to broaden the selection and cast a wide net. We know that there are many talented individuals who, at times, don’t get the opportunity, but who are just as qualified and can contribute just as much value to the organization. 

For us, recruitment is not about filling empty seats. We view each recruitment as an opportunity to help organizations achieve higher productivity, greater innovation, and profitability—and ultimately, as a path to a better, more democratic society.
