With a career in the consulting and recruitment industry since 2005, Sohaila has built an outstanding track record in the field.
Sohaila is also the CEO and founder of the interim platform GigAssembly, as well as a board member for Novare Intro and Novare Bemanning. Sohaila holds a degree in Human Resource Management from Stockholm University.
