Novare Public offers development and advisory services for managers and leaders, both as individuals and as part of a group.

 

Executive Coaching
This is an individualized development of personal leadership, tailored to the manager’s role and the everyday challenges they face. The coaching is customized to meet the unique needs of both the leader and the organization. We utilize the NÖHRA model and base our approach on the Swedish Defense University’s leadership model, Developmental Leadership. If desired, conflict management support can be incorporated into the coaching.

 

Leadership Team Development

When a leadership team gains a new leader or new members, it benefits the organization to focus on aligning and integrating the group. In addition to addressing the team’s purpose and goals—the cornerstones of an effective group—we use experiential methods that emphasize solidifying the group’s efforts among all its members. Our work is grounded in research-based theories, including the Developmental Leadership model from the Swedish Defense University.

 

Team Development

This development initiative is tailored to the specific team or workgroup, with all team members, including the team manager, actively participating. It also provides the manager with external support in facilitating their team’s growth. The focus is on addressing the team’s goals and challenges, while fostering collaboration and co-leadership within the group.

We draw on research-based theories, such as Susan Wheelan’s Group Development Theory and Amy Edmondson’s study on the key factors for creating high-performing teams. Central to our approach is the creation of psychological safety within the group.

 

HR – Inspiration, Train the Trainer, and Lectures

We support HR departments by training HR partners in facilitation, as well as in team and leadership group development. Sometimes, an external speaker is the perfect addition to a leadership conference or an HR team development day. We customize these sessions to suit your specific needs.
