Elin is a Recruitment Consultant/Researcher at Novare Tech, where she works with specialist IT recruitment, primarily within the private sector. She most recently comes from Nexer, where she worked with recruiting senior IT professionals as well as serving as a Consulting Manager. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Stockholm University.
